Depalletizing and Palletizing Algorithm
The algorithm uses 3D camera and processor to collect 3D information such as Point Cloud of the goods. Through pattern recognition algorithm and deep learning algorithm, the system identifies and locates the top cartons of the pallet, and controls the manipulator to handle the cartons of different sizes.
We use 3D visual camera to train the system with a large number of different types of carton data based on the deep learning algorithm, to achieve stable and accurate carton recognition.
Mixed palletizing adopts optimization algorithm based on AI technology. The carton size is identified by the 3D camera to calculate the optimal drop-off location.
