Recently, the Baiguoyuan Wuhan automatic three-dimensional library project, which was built by Lanjian Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. As the first achievement of BlueSword in the fresh industry, this project has a high level of automation, intelligence and modernization, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of logistics and storage operations of Baiorang.

The project consists of a multi-threading system and a set of corresponding WMS&WCS system, equipped with shuttles, double-station box lifters, picking tables, warehousing, empty box conveying and other equipment. It can complete storage location allocation and storage location management, automatic order distribution, automatic order information return and tracking. The construction work started in November 2019. Thanks to the modular design of the equipment, the installation time was greatly shortened. After three months of trial operation, Baiguoyuan Wuhan warehouse automation system has reached the requirements of the technical agreement in terms of comprehensive efficiency and equipment availability, and the overall warehousing efficiency of the multi-wear system has reached 2300 boxes/hour.
