Project Overview
The large medical group invested and constructed the project according to its own business development and in accordance with the requirements of the national GSP and relevant quality management regulations. With a total construction area of nearly 30,000 square meters, it is a medical device logistics smart warehouse integrating intelligence and automation for all categories and all business scenarios. Starting from the needs of customers, BlueSword has overcome a series of supporting design difficulties in the early stage of technology, civil engineering, fire protection and other third parties, and finally completed the optimal design and implementation of the scheme.
The intelligent warehouse building area is a five-story structure, with a 24-meter automatic high-level pallet warehouse, an 11-meter multi-storey shuttle automatic warehouse, and goods-to-person dismantling and picking, review packaging, Kiva storage picking area, robot automatic palletizing, AGV Forklift automatic handling, forklift high shelf storage area, warehousing pending inspection area, delivery collection area, pallet storage area, various special function storage areas, etc.

It can simultaneously adapt to multiple business scenarios such as orthopedics, interventional, general consumables, IVD reagents, e-commerce 2C, and primary medical institutions, and can deal with a wide variety of massive processing objects.
2. High degree of automation
